Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated August 26, 2026

REVJOLT LLC owns and operates HomeQuotely, including the website located at https://homequotely.com (the “Website”) and the related homeowner quote, contractor-matching, contractor application, communications, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”). References to “HomeQuotely,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean REVJOLT LLC in its capacity as owner and operator of HomeQuotely. This page describes certain privacy choices and rights relating to information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual or household (“Personal Information” or “Personal Data”).

Certain U.S. state privacy laws provide eligible consumers with rights to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information and/or processing of Personal Information for “targeted advertising,” as those terms are defined under applicable law. You may exercise an applicable right through the request form below. For additional information regarding our privacy practices, please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Submit a Request

You may submit an applicable privacy request using the form below. Please select the request type that corresponds to the privacy right you wish to exercise and provide the information requested in the form.

We’ll email this address a confirmation link before doing anything.

If the form is unavailable, you may submit an applicable privacy request by e-mail at hello@homequotely.com or by telephone at (725) 867-0124. Depending on the request and applicable law, we may need additional information to identify the Personal Information to which your request applies or to verify your identity, as described in Section 6 below.

2. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

HomeQuotely does not sell Personal Information to data brokers for monetary consideration. However, certain U.S. state privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” “cross-context behavioral advertising,” and similar terms broadly and may treat certain disclosures, transfers, or uses of Personal Information for advertising, analytics, attribution, measurement, or related purposes as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even where no money is exchanged specifically for the Personal Information.

2.1 Advertising, Analytics, and Measurement Partners. We may disclose or make available certain Personal Information to advertising, analytics, and measurement partners, including Google and Nextdoor, as applicable. Depending on the technologies and features enabled, such information may include identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity, IP address, browser and device information, page URLs, advertising identifiers, advertising interactions, conversion events, and hashed versions of identifiers such as an e-mail address or telephone number. These partners may use such information to measure or attribute advertising conversions, evaluate advertising performance, optimize campaigns, match interactions across services or devices, and, where applicable, provide or facilitate targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

To the extent any such activity constitutes a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under applicable law, you may opt out through the request form in Section 1, through the cookie or privacy preference controls made available through the Website, or through a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal as described in Section 4.

2.2 Effect of an Opt-Out.

An applicable opt-out will be applied prospectively to processing covered by the applicable statutory opt-out right. An opt-out does not require us to delete Personal Information previously collected or disclosed; if you wish to request deletion, you should separately submit a deletion request through the request form in Section 1, subject to applicable law and exceptions.

3. Matched Contractor Disclosures

The Services are designed to connect a homeowner who requests home-improvement services with one matched contractor. When you complete a matching request and separately authorize HomeQuotely to do so, we may provide your name, contact information, and relevant project information to the contractor matched to your request so that the matched contractor may contact you regarding the specific project and estimate you requested.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, disclosures that you intentionally direct or that are reasonably necessary to provide a service you specifically requested may be excluded from, or otherwise treated differently under, statutory definitions of “sale” or “sharing.” Accordingly, to the extent permitted by applicable law and consistent with your separate authorization, an advertising-related opt-out does not, by itself, withdraw or revoke a separate request or authorization for HomeQuotely to match you with and provide your information to a contractor. If you wish to withdraw a contractor-contact authorization or stop contractor communications, you may do so through the methods described in our Terms of Service or by notifying the matched contractor, as applicable.

4. Global Privacy Control and Other Opt-Out Preference Signals

Where required by applicable law, HomeQuotely recognizes and processes qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information and/or targeted advertising, as applicable. A recognized GPC or other qualifying opt-out preference signal generally applies to the browser or device from which the signal is received and, where required by applicable law and reasonably identifiable, any consumer profile associated with that browser or device.

You do not need to separately submit the request form in Section 1 for a qualifying signal to be honored with respect to the information and processing to which that signal applies. A browser-based signal does not, by itself, constitute a request to delete Personal Information or withdraw a separate contractor-contact authorization unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Other Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may also have one or more of the following rights with respect to your Personal Information:

  • request confirmation of whether we process your Personal Information and access certain Personal Information we maintain about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate Personal Information;
  • request deletion of certain Personal Information;
  • obtain a portable copy of certain Personal Information;
  • opt out of certain profiling or other processing, where applicable; and
  • appeal certain decisions we make regarding a privacy request, where applicable.

The availability and scope of these rights vary by jurisdiction and are subject to applicable exceptions. You may exercise any applicable right by selecting the corresponding request type in the form in Section 1. Additional state-specific information is available in our Privacy Policy.

6. Verification and Response to Requests

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing requests to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of Personal Information, as permitted or required by applicable law. We will use Personal Information provided for verification only for purposes of verifying and processing the request and for related compliance and recordkeeping purposes.

We will not require identity verification as a condition of exercising an applicable right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information or targeted advertising where applicable law prohibits such verification. We may, however, request information reasonably necessary to identify the Personal Information, browser, device, account, e-mail address, telephone number, or other identifier to which an opt-out should apply.

We will respond to privacy requests within the period required by applicable law and may extend that period where permitted. If we decline to take action on a request, we will provide any explanation and appeal instructions required by applicable law.

7. Authorized Agents

Where permitted by applicable law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit certain privacy requests on your behalf. We may require reasonable evidence that the agent has authority to act for you and, where permitted or required, may separately verify your identity. The requirements applicable to authorized-agent requests may vary depending on the jurisdiction and the type of request.

8. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right available to you under applicable law, including by unlawfully denying goods or services, charging different prices or rates, or providing a different level or quality of service. Exercising a privacy right may, however, affect a particular feature or service where the Personal Information subject to the request is reasonably necessary to provide that feature or service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to this Page

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our privacy practices, technologies, Services, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
